Diagnosis of Rubella in the Childhood With Detection of IgM Antibodies

چکیده
Permanent immunization against rubella virus develops both after natural infection with and active immunization, but reinfections can be occured. For that reason, it is necessary to determine the serologic profile of people.
 In study, 175 sera children taken from Ankara University Medical School, Department Pediatrics were tested by Elisa detect IgM antibodies in Microbiology Clinical Laboratory. Only 1 seropositive case was found among cases(0.57 %). This finding indicates high percentage some children.
